Lockheart Living Assistance is focused on creating a healthy environment to maintain a healthy state of mental well being. We motivate individuals to meditate, draw, or journal all which allows the mind to stay energetic and creative. Staying active to the best of your capabilities keeps the blood flowing to the heart and the brain. There are numerous activities listed at our residence that can allow people to continue a positive milieu.
Here at Lockheart Living Assistance we understand the importance of adequate and well balance nutrition which aids in the production of one's own health and wellness including the prevention and maintenance of or any health comorbidity.
Our Staff
Lockheart Living Assistance is an independent living situation, we do have a 24 hour house manager who can assist with reminders of medication time and when meals are prepared. In addition to our assistance, there is 24 hour access via telephone and telehealth to a Registered Nurse for advice and medical concerns such as medication questions or immediate changes in health or mental status. The nurse can be reached via telephone, text or video conference.
